All events except the Conference Dinner are included with your conference registration fee. This includes 3 coffee breaks with light snacks during the day.

Welcome Reception (July 7, 6 pm):

Join us the evening before the conference begins to check in, collect your badge, and meet our sponsors. Drinks are included with your registration. Following the reception, we will take a 15-minute walk to a local billiard hall for a relaxed networking session.

 

Conference Dinner (July 8)

 

The conference dinner will be hosted at the University of Ottawa. Tickets are $30 per person. Guests are welcome to attend the dinner and do not need to be registered for the conference.

Excursions (July 9 afternoon)

 

We are pleased to offer laboratory tours across Ottawa (NRC, ECCC, uOttawa, and Carleton), as well as guided city tours. Please indicate your preferred tour during registration. Please note that capacity is limited; while we will do our best to accommodate your choice, we cannot guarantee availability for all requested tours.

Evening Gathering (July 9)

 

Following the day's sessions, we will meet at Lowertown Brewery for light fare and drinks. One drink ticket will be provided to each attendee.
