Registration fees are as low as possible thanks to our sponsors.
Our aim is to bring the community together, and as a not-for-profit, we are asking minimal fees in order to cover the costs of organizing the event only. If these fees are a barrier to your attendance, please consider applying for the student scholarship, or reaching out to us at caar.acra.canada@gmail.com(mailto:caar.acra.canada@gmail.com)
Apply by submitting a current CV and a one-page letter of intent outlining how attending CAC 2026 will benefit their research and professional development, to caar.acra.canada+CAC2026@gmail.com.(mailto:caar.acra.canada+CAC2026@gmail.com)
Selected recipients will receive a full registration fee waiver to ensure their work is represented at this inaugural national conference.
The event is publicly open to anyone.
No, international attendees are welcome to apply.

The venue in Ottawa is located in downtown Ottawa, less than 20 minutes' drive from the airport (YOW) and train station, and 2 hours' drive or train from Montreal Trudeau International Airport (YUL) or 5 hours' drive from Toronto.
There is a train from Ottawa International Airport to downtown Ottawa.
The venue address is 55 Laurier Ave E, Ottawa, ON K1N 9B9.
