About the event
The first 2022 seminar of the Canadian Association of Aerosol Researchers (CAAR) was set for June 3rd, 2022, and featured Scott Weichenthal (McGill University), Errol Thomson (Health Canada and University of Ottawa), and Amanda Giang (University of British Columbia).
The seminar theme was How Aerosols Can Harm Humans and will span epidemiology, mechanisms of toxicity, and environmental injustice. Drs. Weichenthal, Thomson, and Giang gave a brief talk (for 15 minutes) on each of these respective topics. The talks was followed by a panel discussion involving the three speakers.
